It was a pleasant but at the same time a difficult task to choose the female puppy we wanted to keep for ourselves, as our three puppies are extremely homogeneous, their sizes and colours are similar, even their behaviour is almost the same. They can only be distinguished by the ribbons around their necks. Click.
We have been waiting for this day for so long! We were watching every movement of our Zafir through a webcam every night, and at three o'clock in the morning on 25th June unusual excitement of her gave us a signal: the time has come and the puppies are going to be born soon. Then everything happened very quickly: by two o'clock in the afternoon the crying of ten puppies fulfilled the "birth house". Seven males and three females were born.They started feeding immediately and by the time night came they were sleeping with full bellies.
We can not say that the last few weeks have been boring in our life regarding our dogs: the news of Zafir’s pregnancy, successes at shows, newer champion titles…
Today we have received Zafir’s Hungarian Champion and Dante’s Hungarian Show Champion Certificates! We are really happy about them!

The covering of Skjærgaarden Casino Boomtown (Zafir) with our Dante vom Dreiburgenland (Dante) has nicely happened, and we are expecting puppies born by the end of June. We have already made an ultrasound examination which has proved our hopes. We are going to have Leonberger puppies! This covering is an exceptional one, as they are the marriage of two of the most influential kennel’s in Europe, and being so we are hoping to get promising descendants in the near future.
A two-day CACIB show was held is Satu Mare (RO), which resulted in getting two Champion Certificates for our dogs. Zafir became Romanian Champion, while Dante received the title of Romanian Champion Cum Laude. On both days Zafir received the CAC title in Open Class and also two Res-CACIB titles, whereas Dante was Best Male and BOB on Saturday and Best Male on Sunday.
